Take one of the bed hooks and align it horizontally with the pre-cut anchoring hole in the BodyShield. The bed hook should be closer to the end of the BodyShield (as per the image) to ensure it is firmly secured when in use.
Insert the roll of BodyShields into the dispenser, ensuring the bed bungs slide into their allocated position, and close the dispenser.
Place the Purifas® Dispenser at the foot of the bed or mount it on the wall using the guide provided.
Are Your Bed Hooks in the Correct Position?
When the BodyShield is in place and secured by the bed hooks, it should be neither too loose nor too tight.
If the BodyShield is unhooking easily from the bed hooks during therapy, then the BodyShield is too loose and the bed hooks will need to be adjusted slightly to increase tension.
If there are creases running lengthwise along the BodyShield, then the BodyShield is too tight and you might find that the pre-cut anchoring holes tear during therapy. The bed hooks will need to be moved slightly to reduce tension.
